It will take a couple of years, but California will just lose livestock the way it has been losing battery manufacturing and chip foundries. I am not even counting the general anti-business tax/regulation environment.

States should absolutely be allowed to enact laws within their borders. If there is a spillover to other pathetically pro-animal abuse and unhealthily dependent states, so be it. We have a federal system.
