Doable, but risky as they already have agricultural inspections at their state borders.

I thought frozen and processed food was exempt.

Just bring the bacon in through Mexico. No border inspections on THAT border.

When we used to send bacon to my daughter in Istanbul, they didn't open the package. That changed, and we would then stick it in our luggage. Glad they moved to Spain.
