Those 400k you mentioned is the TOTAL cases for almost two years so of course there are more unvaxxed. Talk about misleading with numbers! The shot was not widely available for all adults until April

The only way to compare is to separate the two groups:
Unvaxxed, partial vaxxed and vaxxed within 14 days:
19,458 hospitalized/354,643 cases = 5.4%
4,829 deaths / 354,643 cases = 1.4%
Vaxxed:
1999 hospitalized/ 45,545 cases = 4.4%
552 deaths/45,545 cases = 1.2%
Ideally this would be done monthly so people could see the trends side by side, and adjust for percentage vaxxed each month, but they are not doing that.
Georgia did it for a while until the vaxxed hospitalization rate and death rate passed the unvaxxed about 7 weeks ago, then they stopped reporting the unvaxxed numbers.

The 552 deaths you mentioned were also a total for ‘almost two years so the numbers I posted are consistent with yours.
