PING
Is this type of mistake normal when it comes to vaccines for children? I ask because I’m seeing more and more stories of these “mistakes” and it makes me wonder. Do parents often take their babies for the MMR shot and the nurse mistakenly injects something else?
Do people often go to CVS for the flu shot and mistakenly receive something else? To me it seems once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence, and three times is a deliberate act. The first time it happened in the medical field, a warning should have been sent to all medical providers. The Covid 19 vaccine vials should have distinctive markings so that it cannot be confused with another vaccine.
