Thorwing out the cases does not make sense.Any competent lawyer could destroy their credibility on cross-exam. If the case depends on one of these wise-guys as a witness, fuggedaboutit.

It’s not harmless fun. These idiots were so brazen to do this crap routinely thinking they were unaccountable. We don’t need third world thug cops like this.
