Is anyone else experiencing painfully slow internet connection this A.M.? I wonder if the WWW is groaning under the weight of the Assange news? The Transatlantic Cable must be nearly liquid with all that heat!

Yes, internet has been screwy ever since AWS went down. In addition, my wifi keeps flipping between 5G and older version at random. Every time it does this, it kicks other things offline.

But the thing that really has me worked up today is YouTube advertising has suddenly switched to showing 2-4 non-skippable ads in every single video. I can’t get through a 3 minute video without having to listen to four pharmaceutical ads. It’s really pissing me off. I have a YT playlist going in the background pretty much all day long while I work…the ad increase is really noticeable today. Worse than Spotify.
