I think she is just a religious bigot.

Her concern is her belief that the unvaccinated take the children of vaccinated people and sacrifice them in rituals, draining their blood for use in making their Passover matzohs special "pureblood" bread.

But she's not really a religious bigot.

In fact it's the other way around - the vaccinated are more likely to carry the virus without knowing or being sick enough to stay home, so they are more likely to infect the unvaccinated.
