One may well argue 1) informed consent has almost NEVER been given, and 2) any and all mandates are not “mandates to take a vaccine,” per se, but rather mandates to be in a phase three clinical trial through coercion and WITHOUT informed consent are reprehensible, civilly and criminally wrong.
