To amplify semimojo’s point, lot size matters. If one lot were 100 times larger than another, and had identical composition, one would expect the larger lot to have 100 times the adverse reactions.
In order for the article to make sense (i.e. implying that just a few lots must have been contaminated or poisoned or spoiled or something), one must assume that all the lots are the same size. But lot size is not mentioned.

For it to mean "absolutely nothing", 100% of the vaccines would had to have been made in 6% of the lots.
That would be very strange.
There is at least some statistical significance here and with the lot sizes, it would probably become very significant.
