I thought I read earlier today Cleveland Clinic was cancelling elective surgeries because of all the ICU beds taken up with Covid patients?????

Its not the number of patients.

They don’t have enough staff.

Its a trick. They tell you they have no more beds. Their beds are full.

A bed is a nurse.

Cleveland Clinic and others cancelled elective surgeries because they fired too many experienced doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff (x-rays. labs...) who have natural immunity after long time service.

ICU and other beds are empty when there are not enough ICU doctors, nurses, etc. on staff .

That has nothing to do with whether or not they require a vaccine shot for continued employment.
