Using logical metrics, your number 1 and 2 should be swapped. However, I believe the committee will stick with Alabama. After all, when they lost to an unranked Texas A&M, and struggled with Arkansas, Auburn, and LSU, they remained number 2.
I’m game (pardon the pun). I say Alabama, Georgia, Michigan and Cincinnati.
Texas A&M is currently ranked at #24 and #25. Auburn played five ranked teams and beat two of them.
I thought Georgia was unbeatable. I am an Alabama fan and still slightly in shock that they knocked off Georgia.
It is a big deal when you solidly beat the #1 team in the country (Georgia) in Atlanta.
In any event, I do not think they will make Georgia and Alabama play again in the first round.
But kicked the sh*t out of Georgia......hmmm, irony, strange stuff. And ‘struggle’ is relative.
