My cardiologist suggested that we hold off for the time being and see how things sort out.
I had a quadruple bypass seven years ago. Early last year I had a minor heart attack and received a stint just six days after my second Pfizer shot. I think it's possible that the vaccine might worsen symptoms such that a pending heart attack might be hurried. It might actually be a life saver if the vaccine induces a minor heart attack and prevents a later more deadly attack.
My husband got the J&J 1-shot back in April. He got the Pfizer booster last week. I admit I’m scared about it.
