"rates per million doses"

Considering that the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines require two doses (and now a booster) for maximum efficiency, it is also possible that the negative effects may also require two or more doses before they become apparent. So, the actual incidence of these heart effects - if based on a CUMULATIVE impact of the vaccines - may be much higher than the per-dose chart suggests.

For example, if 35 of 100,000 people report heart problems after being vaccinated, the percent is .035%. But if those 100,000 people had 220,000 doses, the percent per dose drops to .0159% - less than half of the per-person percentage. What's my point? That basing the statistics on doses rather than persons may understate the extent of the problem.

I agree with your point—but I suspect it still understates the issue.

Imho there is a true psychological effect on health that is very significant.

So—if folks take the vaxxes and believe they have no significant negative side effects that actually reduces the negative side effects over what they would have otherwise been.

Once the floodgates of negative side effects begins getting more public (say, in one community by word of mouth) then I would expect the negative effects to skyrocket in that community.

Something to watch...
