This is a day of celebration in the Night Hides Not house. I was late to the table, but a visit to Sun Studio 7-8 years ago brought me up to speed. The studio tour is a trip through rock and roll history, it's truly one of the birthplaces of rock and roll.

I've also seen the musical twice, once in Las Vegas, and once in Tyler, TX. It's a fun, fast paced 90 minutes of entertainment and classic music.

LOL, my son remembered what he learned from the tour: when he was in 7th grade, his drama teacher told the class that Elvis wrote "Blue Suede Shoes". She didn't like it when my son corrected her, as Carl Perkins wrote the song, scoring a #1 hit before Elvis did.

O/T, I took him to Eric Clapton's concert a few months ago in Fort Worth. He's now 19, and he was just blown away by Eric and his opening act, Jimmie Vaughan.

Play opened this week in Wilmington, Delaware - Delaware Theater Company. It was a great regional production - national talent!
