Tried to order direct from 45 books.com but they required a mobile phone number to finish making payment—and I’m one of rare birds who still has nothing but a landline.
Was going to wait for a little discount but read how the first printing was basically sold out, so I decided to make sure I secured the $75 unsigned version.
Ebay sellers are currently asking close to a thousand, with provisos that pre orders are indeed now unavailable.
Hope PDJT’s future publications will be more budget friendly.
