“DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion)”
It is rampant in my company now. The acronym I use is DIE, because it is killing the bottom line, adds no value, and is causing people to be more guarded. DIE is a variation of Charlie Manson beliefs - pitting races against each other for marxist ends. Any questioning or inquiry about DIE is prima facie evidence of “racism”. Silence is racism too. I see a lot of white and black women pushing this with the highly paid white executives (innoculating themselves) as their benefactor masters who pretend they are not. Non-American, non-EU colleagues are “politely silent” - I would bet they are probably thinking how crazy this is. I don’t blame countries (e.g. Japan) to structure their immigration to remain homogenous.
The biggest phony baloney jobs ever. Why do organizations need this position (other than for window dressing, to virtue signal and look woke)? Just tell whoever is running HR that you want them to diversify who they recruit and hire.
