Speaking of vaccine requirements, Dr. Anthony Fauci appeared Wednesday afternoon to answer questions from the White House press corps and lecture Americans. One exchange stood out:

REPORTER: "At what point does the booster become part of the mandate?"

FAUCI: "I can't answer that right now. For the time being, the definition of fully vaccinated is two [shots]."

Portugal is the last country in Europe to see the beginning of a Covid spike. France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal were the “holdouts,” but in the last two weeks, France and Italy saw the beginning of spikes; then Spain about a week ago, and now Portugal.
