Should have mentioned that if you are taking the D3 supplements, you really should also be taking K2/MK7 so the D3 is absorbed properly (short version of a complicated subject).

Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone): Found in plant foods like leafy greens.
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone): Found in animal foods and fermented foods
Quick search online. Dunno if fermented foods includes fermented beverages, but I'm good on that either way, make/eat a bunch of fermented stuff.
