What is your point?
The report shows fatal results from taking the Pfized vaccine amongst a host of data that illustrates it is NOT SAFE.
Yet their conclusion was that it was safe and effective and an appropriate risk/benefit.

Your logic is flawed. Saying you have a 100% chance of suffering potential side effects from the vaccine is meaningless unless you address the likelihood. You seem to be taking the position of “so long as I remain unvaccinated, my risk of side effects or death from the vaccine is zero.” You’re right about that, but then you simply wish away the possibility of contracting COVID, which you have little control over, unless you live like hermit up in the mountains and have zero human contact. Assuming you’re not, then you are at risk of catching it. If you do, your general risk of death is still small at 1.6% and much, much less if you are under 60 and have no comorbidities like being overweight or a smoker. So stay unvaccinated as your choice, but don’t assume it’s safer than getting vaccinated. Either way you’re taking a risk, but the risk of death from the vaccine seems to be much lower than the risk of catching and dying from COVID, statistically.
