I could never get past the fact he changed the rules to stay he would only consider submissions that came signed by govs. He says he was then satisfied legal avenues had been satisfied. TBD only applies as to whether he is _____ and/or _____. Fill in the blanks. Uggh.

me neither...he really didn't have the authority to do that, considering that it was the law for him to accept all submissions. (multiple state submissions from multiple states were almost the exact reason that law came into being in the first place).

Nobody took it court. I wonder why?(Though I think he asked for the change the night before? - I'm a little fuzzy on exactly when)

Turned out, no states submitted “alternative” certificates. (not sure how they could)
