So far, so good CB! When I take the pie tomorrow, I’m going to have to ask her for a piece to bring back home for breakfast on Monday lol.
I’ve been making a sugar free peanut butter pie and some diabetic friends like it. So I freeze it (it can be eaten frozen or chilled), and cutting into 8 pieces, and wrapping each piece separately in Saran Wrap. That way I can give them 4 or 6 pieces but have some left at home. One is trying to lose weight, so I think he appreciates not being tempted by a whole pie.
