Silly question....the bottom crust isn’t pre-baked, right? My *expertise* has been with cream pies, so far....which I typically do pre-bake the crust. Thx!
No - crust is not pre-baked.
Put the pie together and brush top with beaten egg.
Bake for 15 minutes at 450, then an hour at 350.00
