With that in mind, I've got my Very First Annual Prediction for the Coming Year:
Sometime this week, the DS/BuyDen admin/CDC/COVIDscamers will completely abandon further attempts to push that scam and announce that:
"1. A number of highly-regarded Scientific Studies have been released, all reporting that the long-held belief that Aztec calendars predicting end of days as coming in the year 2012 were in error by exactly 10 years, meaning that we're all going to die in 2022 instead."
"2. Also, distinguished astrophysicists worldwide will announce the discovery of a 220-mile diameter asteroid on a collision course with the Earth. Impact is currently estimated at 12:00 noon July 3, 2022 at the intersection of 17th and K Streets, Washington DC. (Thereby supporting the studies mentioned in 1. above)"
"3. Out of the goodness of their collective hearts, the various scammers/con men mentioned above will guarantee to destroy or deflect the asteroid, provided that the various national governments all agree to cede all powers to said scammers/con men effective immediately."

(Okay, they've tried everything else, nothing's worked and sooner or later they're going to have to ditch what little is left after all their gross lying and just go for the Full Monty.......and no, I'm not trying out for a job with Babylon Bee. What worries me most is that there may be some out there actually swallow this bale of crap....or worse.)
