Well Proby still sticks to his expensive ‘lil soups. He has eaten a little ham i gave him.

I just use blackened seasoning. You can make your own, look up recipe for seasoning, but it’s a lot of different seasonings, expensive and work.

Just sautee shrimp or chicken in seasoning, set aside. Then I make the sauce in the same pot so it gets some of the seasoning. Mix cooked pasta( i sneak in some brocklii )with sauce and meat. Shrimp pretty on top.

Sauce:
Melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter (this is where I do it in leftover from sautéed shrimp)

Add 3 top minced garlic, sautéed 30 sec. Add i oz cream cheese, cubed, and little tsp of itialian seasoning, and continually whisk. Slowly pour 2 cups whole milk while continuing to whisk. Add 2 cups grated partisan cheese and ground black pepper, whisk. And stir until thick. If it seems too thick add a little milk.

Doesn’t really take that long to make. If you’re not used to hlacken spice, don’t overdo, you can always add at the table.

Thanks for the recipe, that sounds yummy, I have one that is similar without the cream cheese, but I bet that makes it a lot better! I serve mine with ground sausage, twisty pasta and too with Parmesan and nutmeg.

Sounds like a weird combo of flavors but it hands down my boy’s favorite dish 🙂

Sounds yummy!

I’ll make it when my replacement burner shows up, first one broke already.
