Are antibodies different that way? Do they actually “immunize” as in you cannot actually get sick?

Tcells tell the immune system to produce antibodies. But tcells can also kill infected cells without antibodies. Antibodies die off. Tcells are cellular immunity. The last time I got COVID I was definitely infected. But I didn’t produce enough antibodies for them to be detected. My cellular immunity crushed it before a bunch antibodies were needed.
