Everyone has their own risk tolerance.

I personally don’t jump out of perfectly good Airplanes, or drive motorcycles over 160mph ever.

I drove one of the medical cars for the years when MotoGP ran at Indianapolis. Those guys are pretty amazing. 205 mph on two wheels next to a concrete wall.

I have jumped out some perfectly functioning helicopters, fixed-wing, and never exceeded 140 indicated on a bike.

"...or drive motorcycles over 160mph ever..."

I never got my Yamaha 650 Heritage Special over 110 mph.
Mostly because back then I weighed about 260 lbs.
(The bike simply wouldn't go any faster.)
This morning the scale said 199. So - whatever.

But I found 110 to be sufficient, though.
I had no real need to go faster on a bike.

Drag racing '70s muscle cars on Front Street
in Philadelphia was a different situation, however.
The big block MOPARs almost always won, by the way.

Yes - in the mid '80s I was young / stupid / crazy.
But I got over it... Survived it too.
