I’d really like to know just how vitamins can cure a virus...everybody keeps pushing that and the Ivermectin.

Vitamins and supplements play various roles in blocking binding to ACE receptor sites or suppressing viral reproduction and other functions of infection.

And NO I am not interested in some anecdotal websites or doctors of chiropractic opinions.

There are plenty of expert opinions out there. These days, many doctors of chiropractic or others who aren't physicians are now putting out information supplied by experts who don't want to lose their license to practice medicine.

What is of concern is how these alleged “cures” might keep someone from actually seeking any medical help if they really are stricken with Covid and need medical attention.

Most physicians and hospitals refuse all treatments to patients. We had a Freeper who worked so hard to get actual treatment. Her physycian turned her down, she called the hospital and staff there confirmed that they do not offer any treatments-oxygen only (welp, that's better than remdesivir). She worked to get monoclonals, but upon arrival to her appointment was told her O2 was now too low to receive them. ULtimately she went into the hospital, where she died without ever receiving treatment, according to her daughter.

Since then, the CDC's "Covid Protocol" has been implemented in many places, and it horrible, with death and dialysis but two possible outcomes from the treatment alone.

There is way too much misinformation out on the ‘Net and people who see that might not seek help if they need it. I really don’t want anyone to die just because they read about something on the ‘Net that might or might not work.

Then perhaps you support Ivermectin and HCQ? Both are FDA approved with long safety records. No point in denying the right to try them, right?

The doctors/hospitals are weaponized and the public is responding the old fashioned way - they are learning to improvise and do the best they can, and it's better than the CDC's Covid Protocol.

There are many physician administered treatments that are highly effective and well treated, and the CDC pretends they don't exist. Here's a good resource for doctors, treatments, and even suggestions for post 'vaccine' (or pre) supplementation.

NEW COMPREHENISVE COVID WEBSITE: EARLY COVID CARE EXPERTS (ECCE) includes treatments, finding a doctor, minimizing the effects of Covid 'vaccines' Dr. McCullough, Dr. Zelenko et. al.

You can flame me all you want but there are a lot of people who believe things that may not be true and it could cost them or a family member their lives...and I doubt anyone here would want that to happen...to anyone.

Those trusting the CDC and hospitals are dying and I don't want that to happen to anyone.

ransomnote -

good info, thanks.

Bassfisher2022 -

To add to his info, some vitamins are known to assist in beefing up your immune system. C especially. I take 1000mg C every night, if I get cold or flu I up it to 2000mg morning and night.

Garlic, ginger and cayenne also all help build up your immune system. I use plenty of all 3, and the best thing is there’s no such thing as an overdose, you’d have to work at it. I don’t want to even think about what it would take to OD on cayenne...I’ve grown and used them for 40 years. Cayenne can prevent a cold by itself. eat cayenne every night till you sweat, the common cold will run from you.

Vitamin D is supposed to be the one that blocks covid from entering the cell walls, if I remember correctly. I make sure I get outside every day and get some sun, your skin transforms sunlight into vitamin d. (cholesterol is required for this to take place so avoid seriously reducing cholesterol.) (Don’t get me started on that scam...) The one a day vitamins I take list 135% vitamin d on the label.

Ginger is great stuff, listed in most herbal books as a tonic. (garlic and cayenne too) A tonic is something generally good for you, keeps your system functioning well..

Ginger tea - peel and slice about a tablespoon of fresh ginger root into thin slivers. I use a potato peeler. Boil water, pour into a coffee mug over the sliced ginger. Cover and steep 15 minutes. Add honey and enjoy. A cup every night is excellentin cold weather.

Dammit I just left the grocery store and forgot to grab any ginger...dammit...

I just got over the flu, or a good cold, 2 days and it’s back mostly to normal. Temp never got over 99.3, coughed until my rib cage muscles were sore as hell...must have grabbed the wrong shopping cart and neglected to do a good hand wipe with antibacterial...or maybe a bathroom door knob...I’m usually pretty careful...

I was already taking Ivermectin (horse paste) to prevent covid, started taking it every night with dinner as per covid directions. As preventative, just once a week. I still have a bit of a cough, expelling some phlegm, but the slight yellow is gone so my sinuses or lungs are no longer infected, fever gone night before last, and it never got into the serious yellow tint I get with a sinus infection. That’s a good thing.

So I’m calling it a very fast recovery from cold or flu, 2 days is excellent. WHat changed fromt he last time Ihad flu and took near 2 weeks? Ivermectin. Everything else identical. Vitamin C, cayenne, ginger, robitussin cough syrup, ibuprofin to help bring fever down. Only change this time was ivermectin. That’s not proof, but I’ll take it...

Had a good friend who was in bed for a week, temp got to 104, his wife thought he was headed for the hospital.. I didnt get it from him, wrong timing.

Didn’t check, ransomnote may have already included that...
