So the IV fluids can't be excreted by kidneys that are shutting down. The hospitals know this. The fluid backs up until they (often) die of pulmonary edema, but they are diagnosed as dying of Covid.
Patients are immobilized on their backs, not allowed to get up at all. This is opposite common respiratory therapy which involves getting the patient up and moving to help the lungs clear.
They are denied all visits. I've misplaced a link of a thread i posted wherein a a medical staffer spoke at a public hearing, that he didn't know that he was helping them euthanize people. He said after a few weeks flat on your back with complete isolation, the doctor comes in and 'breaks it to you' that you aren't going to get any better, that this (isolation, medication, immobility) will be your life from this point forward. The patient expresses grief and the doctor offers to allow them to remove life support. The end-of-life team comes in and they all have a 'good cry'. The medical staffer speaking would then be called in to administer pain killers and take you off the respirator so you 'gasp to death'.
