Look. Meat is chocked full of more nutrients that an animal has already digested. It is nutrient dense food. All plants are loaded with their own natural pesticide, called oxalate, to deter insects from eating it. Poison Ivy is oxalate. Spinach has 8000 mg of oxalate and can send someone with digestion problems to the hospital. Nearly all plants have poisons in them which is a very well kept secret. That is why plants are boiled, pressure cooked, etc. But you can not remove oxalates. Moreover, your thyroid needs fat to make hormone and getting that fat from plants can cause problems. Fat from bacon is perfect. The plant communists want to make us docile, obedient, weak, sick. Meat is acidic and plants are alkaline. But you can eat meat and take potassium bicarbonate to reduce the acidity.

Some plants are alkaline (spinach, I think?) and some are acidic (like oranges and hot peppers). As a recall, a lot more plants are acidic.
Oxalates also cause many kidney stones.
