As a child, I watched the Rocky and Bullwinkle show every morning before school. At the end of the show, the last clip was of a circus parade marching down the street. The last guy in the parade was pushing a trash can and carrying a broom and dustpan. He walked right behind the elephants and his job appeared to be to scoop up the elephant droppings.
