The new 65,000 ton UK carrier
HMS Queen Elizabeth is on her maiden voyage around the world and is in the eastern Med right now. Unfortunately, she lost one of her eight F-35B Lightning IIs aboard the carrier. Is it a coincidence she is in the eastern Med right now? Is it a coincidence that an operational error sent the F-35 into the drink?

The presence of the UK carrier in this area is probably not a coincidence, to coincide with the declaration
UK, Israel to work together to stop Iran gaining nuclear weaponsThe F-35B crash I'd guess a coincidence.
What also occurs to me is that while I see no reasons for the UK to please the Israelis, there are very good reasons for the UK to please the Gulf Arabs -- who are concerned about Iran perhaps even more.
