Without any debate or consultation, the NEW ZEALAND communist government have rushed through (i.e. within 24 hours) amendments to the Health Act which includes the following measures:
1. Declare (without proof or evidence) a dwelling to be unsanitary and in turn order the destruction of the property and the burning of associated materials;
2. Hold citizens in “quarantine” until such time as we have tested negative to infectious disease AND we have undergone preventive treatment (i.e. mandatory vaccines)
3. Prohibit the keeping of animals and crops including the killing of animals (i.e. eliminate animal and vegetable food sources)
4. Close any business not complying with prescribed infection control measures
5. Forbid congregation (public or private)
Indeed, the wording is there, and could be interpreted the way the blog site says. Going to dig more and see if indeed there have been changes in this recent version, or if that wording has been there previously.
Considering New Zealand is one of the bolt holes for the self styled "elite", in case the people decide to go after them for all the misery they have caused/are causing, its not much of a stretch to think they are doing the advance ground work to cow any locals that might get "uppity".
Problem for them is, the chicoms are going to take NZ and kill all those elites, and they can't really count on the Kiwis they've oppressed to fight on their behalf.

Yep, it the old "they will sell us the very rope we will hang them with" syndrome.
Hubris can be very deadly.
Are people really going to allow them to do this to them?
That apparent apathy makes me think of this phrase from Claire Wolfe:
