Um.... if this woman is lactating, where is her human baby?! You produce milk (normally) after giving birth to a child. Did she leave her baby in the cat carrier? This story is beyond messed up...

Human milk is unsuitable for felines, anyway.

That’s why they use kitten milk replacer for severely weak orphaned animals such as squirrels.

It’s more concentrated and “heavier” than other mammal milks.
