When someone drops an apparently juicy bit of news, I now run it through my checklist.

1) Who is this guy? Does he have a track record of saying things that turn out to be accurate?

2)How did HE get the info? What was his source? Can we verify the source said that?

As you note, clickbait by random schlubs is getting too common.
