Not a Michigan or OSU fan but this was an entertaining contest. The Wolverines earned it. Nice to see a home underdog win in an old school stadium on natural grass on a wintery Midwest day.
I am not sure how this affects national championship but I am sure my FRiends have opinions.

Too bad both universities couldn’t lose.

Buckeye alum here. Hail to the victors! Sometimes getting one’s arse kicked is good for the soul. That and perhaps the football deities demanded their pound of flesh for two decades of Ohio State dominance.

Alabama trying to eliminate themselves now
Iowa will still be alive with a WISC loss tonight
Baylor still alive.
Notre Dame ... if a couple teams lose

ND is perpetually overrated BS.
There’s Georgia, and then everyone else this year.
I think the SEC Championship is the National Championship...

Harbaugh finally gets his signature win...but will be tarnished a bit if he doesn't win in Indy...assuming it's Wisconsin...they're a much improved team since UM spanked them in Madison...and it's hard to beat a conference foe twice in one season.
Game was closer than the score, unlike so many against the bucks in recent years, but nice to see them finally beat TTDS.

OSU got trashed, you canât give up 200+ yards rushing and win.
To: EEGator
Agree on ND. theyâve been over rated since 1989.

Great football. The snowy weather and the raucous crowd in the packed stadium really added atmosphere to the game.

3rd quarter almost at end and alabama is still scoreless
To: campaignPete R-CT
So true. Bama looks like crap. Good for Michigan.

Iowa? To the national championship? Michigan would be their first victory against a currently ranked team...and Iowa has TWO losses... and to Wisconsin and Purdue? Notre Dame beat both of those teams. The SEC will get a berth. Unless Houston beats them, Cinci will get a berth. And then there’s Notre Dame, and the winner of the Oklahoma-Oklahoma State game.

No kidding, Georgia’s defense is all time good, I thought the only team that might be able to hang with them was Ohio State, that idea got destroyed today, I don’t see a team out there with a good enough offense with a great QB who could score enough points to make the game close...

They even have their normal QB as backup if Bennett gets hurt.
I’m not sure if Georgia’s secondary is good, because I’ve never seen them tested...
