That’s certainly the last I read. Now in the hands of “supposedly conservative” 6th circuit consolidating various legal challenges.
I reckon next up will be the SCOTUS..I think.

Blah blah blah. This is where the chink in the armor lies....cannot discriminate by race/color, religion, sexual orientation, age (which is horse hockey cuz they do), disability, national origin, sex.

Biden regime is doing an end runaround via the 6th Circuit to lift the 5th Circuit injunction.
It’s not over but the 6th Circuit is not a done deal for them.
