I know very little about this case. I have seen photos suggesting that he entered one..or more...houses under construction.If true,that would constitute trespassing. I've read that there are people who steal copper pipes and wiring given that copper is very valuable. I don't know if the dead guy ever did that...or attempted to do it.

The video I've seen isn't,IMO,enough to allow a reasonable person to conclude that the shooters were justified or not justified.

Of course this case is no the focus of the Maoists at Buy large Mansion (BLM) and the military wing of Rat Party Headquarters (Antifa).

We'll see what happens soon.

Stuff was missing from the houses, and he is seen repeatedly entering the houses, but there isn’t a picture of him taking stuff.

i agree with you, he was trespassing at least.
I don’t buy the “ he was interested in architecture” bs.
That being said, shooters should not have put themselves in the mix.

I think there were many more burglaries than the house under construction...home burglaries and car burglaries. That is why the neighborhood formed a Crime Watch program. The house under construction is the only one with photos/video.

The police had been looking for Arbury. They were trying to find him for months, I have read, including showing pictures of him door to door.

In my area, PEX is used instead of copper for new house plumbing.

No stolen stuff or unexplained funds have been found on the dead guy’s property.
