I think he was jonesing for a hostage ...
We give SCOTUS and some other judges lifetime employment in exchange for them not considering the political implications of their decisions but rather to be upholding the constitution. Period. They have abrogated their responsibility and betrayed brazenly our social contract to the point that our republic has suffered a lethal blow.
Could the homeowner have been any more stupid?
I would feel like the biggest loser in the world if I made a sandwich, loaned my jacket out to a racist mass murderer.
So I guess he could have made that up about the Uber.
I wonder if they are not charging him for a hate crime/domestic terror charge because he SAID he wasn’t doing it for hate.
Because if that BS works I’ll just tell my county court house next year I SAID I already paid it.
(trying to make a joke but this is so awful I’m failing miserably)
Yup, could be.
The homeowner says he told the guy to leave after he saw police driving around outside.
Since he is a hunter, bet he saw the police activity, grabbed his gun, pointed it at the guy and ORDERED him out of his house.
And another damn thing -- Lethal Crooks was supposed to be 'running from the police', but just meekly surrenders? Oh hell no. He was never 'running from the police'.
His Bubba BLuegMs buddy knows what happened:
"Vaun Mayes speculated that the attack which saw suspect Darrell Brooks Jr, 39, drive a car into a crowd of parade goers in Wisconsin on Sunday was the 'start of a revolution'.
Stranger danger 🤪
OTOH, it's possible the homeowner temporarily banished the demon and prevented further harm.
"For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing." - Matthew 25:35-36
Could’ve been. But also could’ve been spontaneous. Even the mass murder could’ve been spontaneous as the seething hatred of whites grew in his mind seeing the Christmas parade going on....
Seems rather stupid to me to leave your obvious car (with DL in it) so close to the crime scene. And take time to be so close - and caught is exactly what happened.
