We don't know what the manager told the cops. The cops get a call from a property owner that someone is trespassing, so they have the person leave on the property owner's say so. It could be the same if a restaurant owner told the cops a customer had been unruly. It is not the comps job to adjudicate the justice, The evicted "guests" will have a payday coming if they want one.

Helen cops and local judges protect the businesses of Helen from the tourists. The fines there are very high. I hate the place.
