In a decently run establishment, the owners would have tried to see if there was something they could do to fix things. I don’t think most normal people would expect to be kicked out for leaving a bad review. This is obviously a craphole, and they’ll likely take a worse hit from the media attention than if they’d tried to make things right with their customers.
