I disagree... The ferals have been doing this for years even before these modern day “race baiters”. They only way to stop it is to kill the perps dead on the spot. No amount of awareness or education is going to change anything in the ferals category of the black community...
Agree. I’m early Gen X in a “diverse” city and ferals have always been this way for decades. It was so bad that I had friends drop out of public high school, and get a GED, later. There was no way they could learn anything in that type of environment.
