Un-injected people that has not been in close contact with others are locked down (prisoner) in their homes. They can not leave unless an emergency, Medical requirements or legal requirements. (note: Food is not allowed to be acquired.)

Note: Quarantine is a medical term. Lock down is a prison term.

The camps are for Covid positive and their close contacts. Seems likely these camps will target protestors and resistors and their entire familys.'Close contacts' and when enough protestors and resistors 'disappear' into the camps, the remaineder will be easier to frighten into obedience.
