I like to make a slice of buttered Rye toast, then I fry an egg with a slice of cheese on it and put that on the toast.
My open-face breakfast sandwich...less than a buck and tastes great.
Sounds good, I love a good rye bread. I have been microwaving eggs in a bowl of water for about 1 1/2 minute or so (gotta watch it closeley to get it before the yolk turns solid) for poached eggs which I love too. A lot easier to clean up afterwards. Youtube has some vids on it. Pretty easy to do, and tastes good too.
