36ºF in Kenosha right now. Between that, lack of viable reason to riot, and empowerment of citizens to defend themselves (and their own) - don’t see much motivation for opportunistic thugs.
Hey Sushiman: Should I move back there? Been 40 years. Loved the food, culture, and the Kirin. I could stay 6 months just not in the winter.
