Mystal is the closest thing on earth to a human Brillo Pad except Don King but not as smart. He writes for the Marxist “The Nation”. Guess he couldn’t cut it for “Pravda, Tass, Izvestia, New Times” and the “Peking Daily” - because he is too crazy even for them.
He can be sued but it might be harder to sue The Nation unless they reviewed is writing and approved of it. It is was jut an opinion piece, they might not be sueable for libel, slander and/or defamation.
But it is worth a try. Might as well tie the Marxist Left up in lawsuit knots. At least it would keep them off the streets of journalism for a while.
I guess they could argue that running it in The Nation isn’t “publication” since nobody reads it, at least not seriously. Mystal is a disgusting waste of space.
