What kind of argument is this? What would the point of vaccination after a pandemic, after all the weak have already died be? Are we supposed to wait till our society collapses and then vaccinate?
If you want to, argue that the vaccines aren’t effective enough (But don’t use misleading numbers. Always compare the vaccinated and unvaccinated within the same age group. The difference in deaths and hospitalizations betweeen different age groups are so big that using aggregate numbers leads to a wrong conclusion.). There is a place for reasonable criticism of the vaccines: the efficacy of the vaccines for the elderly is reduced, and therefore it is wrong to put all eggs in one basket. Vaccinating children is useless.
Many vehement anti-vaxxers don’t seem to realize that they are in the minority (probably not on Freerepublic, but society-wide). Most people have been vaccinated and using bombastic rhetoric (”The vaccinated are all going to die within a year.”) won’t persuade them. What’s worse, it will allow those who are saying vaccination is the only way out of this pandemic (most governments...) to portray all critics of vaccination as insane.
Do you, the most vehement anti-vaxxers of Freerepublic, believe that you are going to persuade anyone with your over-the-top rhetoric or are you content with preaching to the choir?
It would be more beneficial to look for as many treatment / prevention options as possible. The problem with anti-vaxxers is that they actually persuaded a certain segment of population not to get vaccinated, but they don’t offer much instead of the vaccines. Shouting “ivermectin” isn’t enough (and many anti-vaxxers don’t even shout “ivermectin”).
Covid-19 requires a complex approach such as Vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, selenium and Omega-3 fatty acids for the young and middle-aged and the above-mentioned + vaccination for the elderly and obese (+ monoclonal antibodies after getting infected). Throw in some ivermectin if you want to.

Covid is 99.9% survivable for most people, and that's during a time that all treatments are withheld from hospitals and clinics, and in their place, the CDC's lethal "Covid Protocol" is implemented. Just imagine how survivable it would be if they actually treated sick people with safe effective medications in use for years, FDA approved (HCQ, Ivermectin).
This argument "don't vaccinate in a pandemic' was first raised by Geert Vanden Boscche and in a tenant of virology. Vaccinating during a pandemic gives the virus maximal opporuntunity to escape all immunity. It's not done. Had Covid been anywhere near as dangerous as portrayed, we would have to get through it and vaccinate later.

I think we're more interested in staying above ground than persuading anyone of anything. Lots of us are not strictly against the vaccine, we just want to wait until the experiment is complete and the true results are in.
Those of you who have volunteered to participate in the experiment have our deepest gratitude - we would not have asked that of you.
