IIRC, the DUI was dismissed on technicality because Saint GG was stopped for failure to use turn signal. Apparently, the turn signal is not necessary when no other vehicle is in the vicinity. So the story goes...

Would be interesting to know why the police car doesn't count as another vehicle in the vicinity.
