Well, those wily folks in the Clinton campaign fooled us folks at the CIA/FBI/NSA/DOJ! How were we supposed to know? It's all their fault!

Yes, they are going to pretend they didn't know. "It all seemed legit enough to bring down a sitting President and we were just doing our jobs"!
