What’s funny is there isn’t a single study that points to cholesterol causing heart failure. The American Heart Association is lying to us.
Cholesterol is in reality the good guy. It is sent in to REPAIR arterial damage. You keep damaging the arteries, and cholesterol starts to pile up. My theory as to why people are damaging their arteries is from two nutritional mistakes.
1. Morton salt. Morton salt contains calcium silicate as an anti-clumping agent. The silica does not dissolve and is absorbed in the stomach. This “glass” gets into the arteries and cuts the endothelium. Once the body discovers the injury, along comes cholesterol to repair.
2. White bread. White flour is so thoroughly milled that the fiber is crushed to tiny particles. Since these particles are so tiny they can be absorbed in the stomach and get into the blood stream when consumed with animal protein. The protein molecules are larger than the fiber molecules. The digestive system opens a little wider for protein. Since we do not have a gizzard, this fiber gets into the blood stream where it cuts arterial endothelium.
Yes, it's all about inflammation -- cholesterol sticks to arteries roughened by inflammation. Another great thing about niacin is that it hoovers inflammation out of the body.
