Probably. A lot of stem cell work these days use adult stem cells. From what I’ve read over the last couple of years is that researchers are getting more ‘wins’ using adult stem cells and by using a persons own stem cells means better chances of success.

Usually, if the stem cells are from adults they somehow fail to mention it. When they are fetal cells, they scream it from the rooftops.
